GPS COLLOQUIUM OUTCOMES AT SOUTHERN ALPINE RESORT MANAGEMENT BOARD

Operating within the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, Southern Alpine Resort Management Board is the committee of management for Lake Mountain Alpine Resort and Mount Baw Baw Alpine Resort.

Mount Baw Baw Alpine Resort is located on the south west face of the Baw Baw Plateau, two and a half hours’ drive east of the Melbourne. Lake Mountain Alpine Resort is located approximately 120km northeast of Melbourne, is the closest alpine resort to Melbourne. 

Southern Alpine Resort Management Board chose the Applied Management Colloquium to unite siloed business units, operating over multiple Victorian locations, as one connected and cohesive leadership team.

Southern Alpine Resort Management Board engaged GPS Learning to deliver the Colloquium to its senior executive team and fifteen managers. The success of the program has seen GPS Learning continue to work with the team every year since 2018
