Full-day Virtual Workshops

Through experiential exercises and facilitated discussion, participants take a deep dive into their experience of leadership and work with ASAM’s experts to refine and optimise their approach. Over three high-impact workshops, participants benefit from game changing insights informed by collective experience.

On Demand Learning Content

Learning content is accessible via a state-of-the-art online learning management system (LMS) that allows participants to engage with it at any time from any device. Content includes high quality video tutorials, ‘best practice’ leadership literature, workplace activities and reflective tasks.

Professional Leadership Project

Participants undertake a self-selected project to support the implementation of their learning. This is where learning becomes `just in time’ and highly tangible. A key component of the program, the PLP represents a powerful opportunity to demonstrate the participants growth and skills. By providing tangible value back to their organisation, participants also increase the potential for their own career growth.

Peer Coaching Sessions

Participants practice how to effectively deliver feedback and have meaningful, outcome driven coaching and mentoring conversations. Additionally, these sessions often lead to a deeper connection between peers and a better understanding and appreciation of each other’s challenges.

360° Feedback

To gain greater awareness of their leadership impact and inform their development, participants undertake a 360° Feedback process. The process embraces the following four domains:

  • Building organisational culture
  • Achieving performance goals​
  • Driving future direction
  • Enhancing personal effectiveness.
