Leader as Coach Sessions
Through the Leader as Coach sessions participants will practice how to effectively deliver feedback and have meaningful, outcome driven coaching and mentoring conversations. Additionally, these sessions often lead to a deeper connection between peers and a better understanding and appreciation of each other’s challenges.
Professional Leadership Project
The Professional Leadership Project (PLP) is an outcome-driven activity which focuses on opportunities to lead positive change within the participant’s team and organisation. During the final workshop each participant will complete a short presentation on their PLP and their key learnings.
Self-Directed Learning
Learning content and resources are accessible via a state-of-the-art online learning management system (LMS) that allows participants to engage with it at any time from any device. Content includes high quality video tutorials, ‘best practice’ leadership literature, workplace activities and reflective tasks.
360° Feedback Survey
To gain greater awareness of their leadership impact, participants will undertake a 360° Feedback process at the start of the program. The questionnaire is based on ASAM’s framework for Management and Leadership which embraces the following four domains:
- Building organisational culture
- Achieving performance goals
- Driving future direction
- Enhancing personal effectiveness.
Through the full day workshops participants explore a variety of challenging themes and scenarios linked to the core responsibilities and opportunities of leadership. The workshops, which can be delivered online or in person, deeply immerse participants in the subject matter, leading to important insights informed by collective experience.
